1.on Monday,Wednesday,Friday
we only use the shampoo
2.on Tuesday,Thursday and Saturday
no shampoo on these days
use the hair conditioner only!!
3.then Sunday is hair's holiday.

our hair should have their right to take a rest
so...no shampoo no conditioner on the day...
