I was in a Si Cuan restaurant When I had the business trip in Guan Zhou.
to dine together with colleagues
ordered the si cuan spicy fried crab
果真是辣的過癮...
左邊為麻辣的部分.全都是辣油看不到湯底
撈不完的辣油...so scary!!
那一盤可不是小菜歐!
全都是從鍋子裡撈出來的辣椒!!
四川辣果真不是蓋的!!

no...i mean that was too much chile and spicy oil...
it was too hot to eat!
what if szechuan spicy meet up with malaysia chilipadi (so called fire chilli)
ha!that might be a weird taste.
even so i still love the spicy food!!
